Tasting opportunities at numerous stalls in the village of Gerola. This event is dedicated to the Mascherpa (Maskerpa), ie the tasty quark (ricotta) produced with the remaining whey from the Bitto cheese production and with the addition of goat's milk. & Nbsp; Mascherpa can be fresh, sweet or salty, or matured after several months of storage
