Downhill European championship in Valtellina near Lake Como from July 12th to July 13th 2008 . Breathtaking event on the course of 3 kilometers with a height difference of 700 meters.
Caspoggio in the Valmalenco valley is the venue of the MTB Downhill European Championship 2008 and the highlight of this year's racing season. From 12th to 13th July 2008 both men and women will compete in the discipline that presumably requires a little courage and driving skills. The racetrack is 3 km long with a height difference of 700 meters. The starting point is Paizzo Cavalli and the finish is at the Palazetto dello Sport in Caspiaggio.
