Sagra della Bresaola - Culinary Festival

In Chiuro near Sondrio, two evenings in honor of "Bresaola", a specialty from Valtellina.

Dinner with menu based on Bresaola della Valtellina and dance with orchestra at Campo Sportivo (sports field) "La Colonia" in Chiuro. A large tent will be set up especially for the festival so that the event can also be carried out in bad weather.

Bresaola della Valtellina , is today one of the quality ; ts brand & ldquo; IGP & ldquo; (Indicazione Geografica Protetta, which means as much as, protected geographical indication of origin) protected specialty.

The Bresaola is an air-dried ham made from first-class beef, with an almost ruby-red meat color Low-fat. The best quality is characterized by the fact that it contains almost no fat fibers, is rich in protein, iron, vitamins and minerals and is very easy to digest, ideal for those who love light meals without looking for taste do without.
