Christmas cribs Talamona

Talamona, near Morbegno in the Valtellina Valley, is widely known for its crib creations. Artistically valuable nativity scenes of the birth of Christ will be installed in the most beautiful places of his quarters from the 1st Sunday of Advent until January 6th, making Talamona the "land of nativity scenes".

From From Advent to the Three Wise Men, the residents of Talamona 21 & ldquo; Presepi & ldquo; , Nativity scenes according to an old tradition.
In ancient houses, picturesque squares and narrow alleys you will find the nativity set-ups, which represent the magical scenery around Maria, Josef and the Cristkind.

After a visit to the cribs, warm mulled wine and roasted chestnuts are distributed.  
In connection with the crib exhibitions, there are plenty of other events and concerts.
