Art history tours through the city of Como

City tour
The tour lasts between 1 and 3 hours, depending on your choice, accompanied by a knowledgeable guide from the Mondo Turistico Como Association.
For example, during the tour-Tour of the historic walled districts on foot Starting with the cathedral (inside and outside), the participants learn all kinds of interesting information about the cathedral and the surrounding sights. Walk along Via V. Emanuele to the Romanesque church of S. Fedele and further from Piazza S.Fedele to the city gate Porta Torre, where you can see the remains of the medieval city wall. & Nbsp;
Along the shore, up to the modern quarter by the stadium, with the buildings by the famous Como architect Giuseppe Terragni (XXth century). Afterwards you visit the museum & ldquo; Tempio Voltiano & ldquo; which keeps A. Volta’s inventions, such as the battery br/>
Meeting point: INFOPOINT in Via Maestri Cumacini, on the south side of the cathedral.

The guided tours take place regardless of the weather.
