This newly built hotel is located right in Tullio Gravedona on the shores of Lake Como in a quiet and exclusive location. The sailing school and the tennis court are within a 5 minute walk and the lake promenade of Gravedona is only 15 minutes walk away.

The family-run Hotel Garni has a bright and open reception area overlooking the communal relaxation area with the pool. Subsequently there is the bar and the bright sitting area, where in the mornings there is a breakfast buffet available,  and a continental breakfast is served on the sun terrace.

The rooms are divided into the following categories:

- Double bedroom with lake view

- Superior Double Room with Sea View

- Suite with double bed and lake view

- Family room with double bed and two cots, with lake view

Regardless of category, all rooms have a double bed with separate mattresses and a private bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower, air conditioning, sea views, a minibar, a 32 inch HD satellite TV with pay per view on request, free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the whole hotel, a safe, VOIP phone, beds from Simmons, hairdryer and a 90x110 cm shower.

The superior rooms also share a separate, large furnished balcony with a great view of the lake.

Hotel Tullio offers a large outdoor area to relax, with all the necessary garden furniture. If you would like to be nearer the lake you can comfortably use the direct access to the beach.

The large on-site free parking offers enough space for all guests.
