The newly built wellness Residence Villa Paradiso is near the lake in Gravedona, and situated in a 2000m ² large, well-kept garden with large communal swimming pool (chlorine free).

The holiday homeParadiso Legnone  is a modern designed, spacious 3-bedroom 1st floor apartment consisting of living room with open kitchen, dining table and sofa bed satellite TV and internet access. From the kitchen you have direct access to the spacious balcony (15m ²) with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and some lake views.

The apartment is tastefully furnished with modern designer furniture and is suitable for up to 8 people.  The apartment has one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds (can be put together as a double bed) and two double sofa beds in the living area. The beautiful bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

The large heated pool with separate children's pool is framed with an attractive relaxation area with deck chairs and sun protection. The park-like garden also has a comfortable atmosphere. For barbecue fans there is a separate barbecue area.

The Holiday Residence offers its guests  a wellness area with sauna, steam bath, special showers, rest area and also massages. A hairdressing salon is also in the complex. The use of these facilities will be charged separately.

For guests there is a communal laundry and ironing room.  Free parking available on-site.
