The holiday property is located in Mergozzo, between Ossola and Verbano, surrounded by mountains and lakes and consists of two 40 m² holiday homes near from the lake Mergozzo.  Lake Mergozzo is the little brother of Lake Maggiore.

The holiday home LMA 700 consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and bidet, a living room with a well equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed for 2 persons, TV-SAT, and exit to the terrace furnished with table and chairs.

For all guests there is a private parking area, a washing machine, a communal garden with views of the countryside and a lawned area with lake view, sun beds and chairs in a quiet and sunny location.

Mergozzo is the ideal starting point for wonderful excursions to the lakes (Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands, the Villa Taranto, to Arona, Stresa, Verbania or Lago d'Orta and the island of San Giulio or nearby Switzerland ...) and for trekking athletes (Val Grande Mottarone, Monte Rosa, Formazza).
