The cottage is part of a small resort with 5 houses, of which a total of only two are available to rent, one the house LMA 821 and the other LMA  823. The two well-equipped cottages are comfortably furnished and are located at the entrance of the village of Bassano.

The 65 m2 two-roomed house  LMA 821 has an approximately 15 m wide, so-called breakfast terrace, where you will be greeted by the rising morning sun. It has an entrance hall, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, open plan well equipped kitchen and a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and satellite TV, and access to the 25 m2 partly covered, enclosed balcony which is ideal for young children. A high chair is available, a cot can be provided upon request.

The pool is available free of charge and can be used depending on the weather conditions from mid-May to mid-September. Parking is available.

Bassano is a district of Tronzano and lies about 4 km away from the lake on a no through road that leads up the mountain. The village has about 50 residents." Bassano "is a traditional mountain village which has grown in  recent years due to a number of houses and cottages that have been built.  There is a small restaurant which has reopened under new management.  Mountain hikers will find starting points for many hiking trails like the one on a donkey path, leading to Monte Bassano and Lake Delio.
