The Art Nouveau style villa located in the hamlet of Verbania Biganzolo consists of two newly renovated apartments, one the LMA 3780  described below, or the LMA 3779, both of which are accessed via a staircase with marble steps.

From every room, as well as the bathroom and terrace you are offered a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore.

The two-room apartment LMA 3779 is located on the top floor has a great view of Lake Maggiore and has one bedroom with two single beds which can be joined to a double bed, a living room with satellite TV and a double sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen which is separated from the living area by the cabenets.

The bathroom  has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Under the eaves of the roof is a cupboard and desk which houses the telephone and internet connection

From the small balcony you have a great view over the lake and part of the park which belongs to the villa and is for the guests' private use.

A  baby cot is available on request.  Your car can be parked in the grounds of the house.

In just 5 minutes by car  you will reach Intra, and also in just 5 minutes you can walk to the lake. 300 meters away from the villa (at the big stone), there is a swimming area, with a bar.
