The Art Nouveau style villa located in the hamlet of Verbania Biganzolo consists of two newly renovated apartments, one the LMA 3779 described below or the LMA 3780, both of which are accessed via a staircase with marble steps. From every room, as well as the bathroom and terrace you are offered a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore.

The three-room apartment LMA 3780 (2nd floor) with beautiful views of the lake has a double bedroom and a living room with double sofa bed and a wardrobe and a chest of drawers (the two rooms are equipped with TV and internet). Well equipped kitchen with dining table for 4 adjacent to the 25m2 terrace with a large table, chairs and portable barbecue.

From the small balcony on the other side you have a great view of the lake and part of the park which belongs to the villa and is for the guests' private use.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. A cot for a baby can be placed on request.

Your car can be parked in the grounds of the house. In just 5 minutes away by car you will come to Intra, and it is only a 5 minutes walk to the lake. In 300 meters distance from the villa (at the big stone), there is a swimming area with a bar.
