The apartment is located in a Residence which was completed in 2009. It is situated on the Italian shores of Lake Maggiore, between the small villages of Pino and Tronzano.

The apartment LMA 4008 has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with a large picture window over the front, an integrated kitchen with dining table, a double sofa bed and satellite TV. From the large terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake (Barbecues are not allowed). The carport belongs to the apartment.

The village of Tronzano is about 500 meters away, and it offers everything that is needed for daily living, such as a grocery store, a restaurant and bar, post office and railway station lying within a few hundred meters.

The beach and the windsurfing school is about 1 km. The villages Maccagno Luino, Ascona, Locarno and Cannobio be reached by train, boat or car very quickly. Milan can be reached only about an hour.
